Sugarcane:
Higher Yields, Cleaner Supply, Better Recovery
Sugarcane is a strategic crop, but farmers face low yields and poor profitability, while mills struggle with inconsistent supply and low sugar recovery rates. For farmers, sugarcane should be their second-most profitable crop—if not the first—but poor planning, late sowing, slow response to climate changes, and weak agronomy reduce its potential. For mills, the most significant loss occurs in the field due to poor varieties, low potassium and magnesium levels, and distant procurement, which increases cut-to-crush time and results in both reduced sugar recovery and high cost.
VGreen changes the game by aligning both interests. We partner directly with sugar mills to secure high-yielding, profitable cane grown within their gate areas, ensuring timely harvests, reduced cut-to-crush times, and lower logistics costs. For farmers, we deliver yield gains of up to 30%, driven by soil- and crop-specific input supply, on-farm advisory services, and field-level supervision. For mills, we offer consistent, managed supply from pre-mapped growers, backed by on-ground team tics support and tech-enabled traceability.
Our integrated service encompasses the entire lifecycle—crop planning, raised bed nursery sowing, Supervised applications, harvesting, and delivery—with visible results in increased farmer income and improved mill recovery percentages. This is not a concept. It's a working system, already active across multiple mills in Pakistan.
Corn:
Quality and Compliance- You Can Count On
For corn processors, feed manufacturers, and starch exporters, one of the biggest challenges isn’t demand—it’s inconsistent, poorly handled supply. From old grains mixed with fresh harvest to high-moisture content in off-season crops and fungal contamination during monsoons, quality losses are common and costly. Whether you're sourcing spring-harvest corn that’s been hit by early rains or winter crops with unsafe moisture levels, the risks are real.
VGreen solves this through a full-stack model rooted in discipline and traceability. We start by working only with pre-approved farmers or through pre-season contract facilitation, ensuring that crop practices are aligned with buyer requirements from day one. Our on-ground field teams supervise sowing, harvesting, and on-farm storage. Through training, monitoring, and drying support, we significantly reduce risks of aflatoxin, fungal growth, and grain mixing—issues that typically lead to buyer rejection.
Our strength lies in deep local relationships, backed by digital systems. Every field is logged, every harvest tracked, and every post-harvest batch linked to verified farm-level data. This means you receive corn that’s not just clean, but compliant and traceable, whether you're buying for food-grade processing or high-volume feed production.
With a presence across major clusters in Sindh and South Punjab, VGreen offers both scale and consistency. If you're looking for corn that meets standards—not surprises—VGreen is ready to deliver
Sesame:
Traceable, Low-Toxin, Export-Ready Supply
Sesame is one of Pakistan’s most valuable oilseed exports—but also one of the most fragile. From pesticide overuse at the farm level to poor post-harvest handling, even minor lapses can lead to high fatty acid levels, contamination, and outright rejection by export markets.
Even more critical is the widespread mistake farmers make at the very start: planting multiple sesame varieties on the same plot or across clusters, which leads to mixed maturity, uneven oil content, and severely compromised final quality.
VGreen solves this at every level. We’ve developed a vertically integrated sesame model focused on uniformity and traceability.
Either you want to buy at the time of harvest or prebook through contract farming, our system and Field teams embedded in sesame-growing clusters provide on-the-ground insight and support, both the buyer and farmer
After harvest, VGreen-operated post-harvest hubs take over, providing cleaning, grading, and sorting under defined moisture and hygiene protocols. These hubs are strategically located, quality-controlled, and fully integrated with our digital traceability platform so that every batch can be tracked from origin to packing.
The result is sesame that’s not only high in oil but also low in fatty acid residue, and physically uniform—everything a serious buyer needs to meet strict destination market standards across the GCC, EU, and Asia.
