They are living, breathing workshops designed for the real experts: the rural youth, dedicated farm workers, and trailblazing women who feed our nation.
Our approach is simple: learning by doing. We work with local facilitators and use community demonstration plots, so you’re learning practical skills from people you trust, in a place you call home. We take pride in the fact that our central talent pool for farm managers and field officers is comprised of graduates from those schools.
