For food processors: graded and traceable supply on a calendar agreed before the season. Grading, sorting and drying happen at the hub near the farm, so quality is set before delivery rather than argued about on arrival. Testing is done at an outside laboratory on sampled lots. Routine testing at the hub is the next stage.
